Why is staying hydrated more important in the summer than other seasons?

We surely need to keep our bodies well-hydrated at all times of the year. But between November and February when everything, including the ground and the air we breathe, is dry. Our body loses water quickly and at such times, we need to drink a lot of water. When it is harmattan season, the body can not cool itself with sweating because it is both cold and dry outside
At this time, your body needs more water than it has ever needed because the environment is drying the water out of your body.

How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

I can not correctly measure the amount of water I drink in the summer months, but I am very sure it is much. I get thirsty more and it is in the dry season that pure water business is popular. Water is sealed in a plastic bag and chilled then carried around. When working at the farm, the heat makes me need water, and in a day, I may drink 10 or more sachets. I don't have a personal schedule for drinking water at all. I drink when I am thirsty, when eating or when the place is too hot.

What are your favourite hydrating foods, drinks or beverages during hot weather?

The plain old water holds its place, nothing can replace water. I drink water, plenty of water. I also eat watermelon and cucumber.
Many women also carry a drink called zobo drink, which contains a lot of water, but I love the ordinary Warter.

How does dehydration affect our body? And how to overcome that situation?
