Hope dear brothers and sisters, you are all doing well? I hope everyone is doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also healthy and well with all my family. Friday was a busy day, so I started writing to you again after finishing this busy day. I really liked such a beautiful topic. First, let me say that we as Bengalis are food lovers. Secondly, I will say that food can change people's moods, it is natural. Cooking is an art. Housewives can win the hearts of other family members through Rana.

I try to cook when I am sad, then I cook my favorite foods. I like to cook different types of food. Pancakes are a food that I make constantly that can change my mind. Pancakes can be made in different ways. Not only me, but also the children in my family like to eat them. Thank you very much @ripon0630 for sharing such a beautiful food challenge with us.

What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

I like all kinds of food very much. I like spicy food, but I like sweet food more. I especially like to make and eat any kind of sweet food. Among them, pancakes are not the only one I like. Everyone in my family likes this food. It is a very nutritious food that is very beneficial for the health of children. The ingredients with which I made pancakes are usually available in every house, which is very easy to make. Pancakes are not only delicious to eat, but also beneficial for health and change the mood. Especially my children's mood changes a lot when I make this food.

What is the process for making it? (share the steps )


Ingredients required for the recipe:

  • Two bananas

  • One egg

  • One bowl of semolina

  • One bowl of flour

  • Salt as needed

  • Sugar to taste

  • Soybean oil

  • Vanilla essence optional

Cooking Step-1

First, I took a large bowl, peeled two bananas, and mashed them with a slotted spoon.

I took the ingredients that I showed you and put them in a large pot, one by one.

Once all the ingredients are added, I mix the ingredients well with a beater. I make a thin dough. After making the thin dough, I will move on to cooking.

First, I put a frying pan on the stove. When it was hot, I added a light amount of oil and, using a large spoon, poured in a thin layer of batter.

When both sides are cooked well, remove from the stove.

When the pancakes were done, I sat down with the children and ate them. The children and I ate them with joy. It was very nice to eat the pancakes. A pancake that is tasty to eat. It really changes our mood.

What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

The ingredients needed to make pancakes are at home. If one is not available, it is possible to make pancakes somehow with another ingredient. And if more is needed, then I will buy the ingredients from outside and make pancakes.

Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

It's not just about changing our own mood. We have other family members. Moreover, we have younger members to consider. If children are upset, making these kinds of pancakes and serving them will make them much happier. Not only will it change their mood, it will also be beneficial for their health.
