Greetings everyone how are you all doing today it's a good day and a bright new week so today I will be participating in this contest that @jyoti-thelight publishing which is all about food challenge.

So i will be sharing with you all how I prepared my delicious meal so let's get started first I'm making spaghetti and beans.
First step bringing all my ingredients together and then first boiled my beans which takes 15 minutes and i make sure my beans was done very well then I now disposed the water and then start to boil my spaghetti.

Spaghetti only takes 10 minutes to boil and then use that process and cut my onions so after boiling the spaghetti i now fry my tomatoes and onions with my crayfish.
Now i add all my ingredients with my beans then after some minutes i now add my spaghetti and waited for few minutes for it to be done.

So here is how I finished my cooking as you can see in the image below 👇 so Spaghetti is a good source of carbohydrates, while beans are rich in protein and fiber so together they provide a balanced mix of nutrients that are essential for a healthy diet.

And Spaghetti and beans are relatively inexpensive which is making them accessible to a wide range of people so this affordability makes them important staples in many households so I must say the meal was really delicious and I love it and also beans are a sustainable source of protein as they require less water and resources to compare to animal sources that's why I love incorporating beans into meals like spaghetti i will recommend it you all you to try it out and see how it will I bet you will love it thanks for reading my post I'm inviting @m-fdo @pea07 and @josepha to participate in this contest.
