Most of us love cooking it is part of our daily routine i must say cooking is one of my hobbies and i love to spend time in my kitchen creating delicious recipes.

Melon is one ingredients i can use to create so many delicious recipes like
• sauce
• stew
• soup etc
Please read through to see the process of how i made a delicious bitter leaf melon soup
Ingredients
• melon
• waterleafs
• Bitter leaf
• onion
• palm oil
• seasoning cubes
• crayfish
• Scotch bonnet pepper
• fish
• stockfish
• cow skin
• periwinkle
Preparation process
I washed the ingredients into a clean pot and add pepper salt, onion and seasoning to taste.
Stir the seasoning well into the ingredients to marinate, then i cooked the ingredients for 10 minutes before i poured it into a bowl.
Washed and sliced the waterleafs then set that aside.
I placed the empty pot on the fire to dry before adding red oil, i allowed it to heat up but not bleached.
I turned the ingredients i earlier turned into a bowl back to the hot oil to fry.
Allow it simmer for 3 minutes then i poured in blender crayfish stir and cover for some seconds.
Few seconds letter i poured in the sliced waterleafs and allowed it cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes i poured in the melon and gave it a good stir then i let cook to 10 minutes while i stirred religiously to avoid it getting burnt under.
Lastly i added the bitter leaf stir it let it cooked for 2 minutes.
My delicious bitter leaf melon soup was ready.
It was an easy recipe also cost effective, this delicious soup can be of great benefits to our health.
