Hello everyone!
It's choose day/Tuesday and I chose to be productive this afternoon. I washed a few clothes and the mat that I used on the beach last time. I also cleaned the house even though Chewy was not around (because sometimes she's my motivation to keep our floor clean hehe).
My app didn't work again because it's in my pocket. I noticed that it won't track my movement when it's inside my bag or pocket. So I decided to walk around the house while holding my phone. I walked briskly on our L-shaped balcony. To keep me energized, I played music. I really enjoyed my walking session and I even exceeded my cardio exercise. I think I completed a 45-minute workout. I also incorporated dancing and squats to my movements.
