Witnessing a brand new day with a sleepy beautiful face, I had a beautiful sleep and I was ready for my daily activities.

I quickly washed the dishes, warmed and ate my left over rice of the previous night. I ate till I was filled, and I zoomed off to the bathroom.

After bathing, I dressed up. My laboratory coat, charger, manual, pen and exercise book were the content of my tote back which hung on my shoulder while I breezed out to face my Day.
I got to the laboratory and started work almost immediately, I carried out methyl Red test for 9 isolates which I isolated from poultry waste. Some isolates showed a negative reaction while some showed a positive reaction, I took down my recording, washed my test tube and dried then in the Oven.

I got tired and stressed and I decided to rest before proceeding with sub- culturing from my Stock against running other tests tomorrow. I took this selfie with my colleague, I guess you'll love it, don't mind the stress that is written all over my face though

After the little break, I did sub- culturing and incubated it at 30 degree Celsius while returning the stock culture to the freezer. I left the laboratory and returned home. I had my bath, ate and took my phone to update you guys on how I spent my day. Tomorrow is another day, hope you'll be waiting to read from me.
