장마 시작!!
엄청 비가 온다는데..
올해는 큰사고 없이 잘 지나가길..
하수구 청소를 미리 했다고 하는데..
비가 와서 야외 뜀박질은 못하고
헬스장에서 했는데
역시 맛이 다름.
어쨌든 하루 목표량 달성!!
아침마다 흠뻑 땀을 흘리니
머리가 맑아지고 좋다.
완전하게 습관이 들도록 열심히 해야겠다.
요즘은 금토일 집안일에 딸아이 일로 바쁨
그래도 뭔가 해줄수 있어 참 좋음.
