Hello friends, good evening. I thank God for allowing me to share with you an experience I had yesterday during a medical assistance day for the grandparents of the Homeland in the community of Tacoa.
They were weighed, measured, had their blood pressure checked, and went to the doctor for a checkup. Then they were given their prescription and went to pick up their medications.
This work is being carried out in all the communities of Carúpano, and they are also served with music, domino games, food, and occasionally haircuts, manicures, and bags of food.
This solidarity brigade includes a group of young Cubans and doctors. It's a wonderful job to make our grandparents smile.
