Hot oil is being used to fry parathas, and they are being fried in a large wok where many parathas are cooked at once. One person is handling them and frying them carefully. A large number of parathas are being fried together because people usually have paratha for breakfast in the morning. That’s why hot parathas are being freshly fried here.
This morning, we went to eat hot parathas as well, and we saw that the parathas looked quite appealing. The people frying the parathas seemed clean and hygienic. Every morning, they wash the wok thoroughly before using it. The joy of eating hot, freshly fried parathas in the morning is something special.
