Splinterlands - I keep forgetting to use Chicken in the Battles

In the recent season, Splinterlands introduced some new cards to the game. People received those new cards as part of the season end rewards. I also received a few new cards from season end reward and one card was also a legendary card. I'm quite happy about it but there is this card called Furious Chicken which I got from the season reward.

The interesting thing about this card is that we can use this card without the cost of any mana. This is something new to the game because mostly all the cards will cost some mana to use the card in the game. It is also in such a way that some cards are costly in mana for a game and some are low in mana but has some good features. I initially thought that Furious Chicken is one useless card to have and it is not going to add any value to the deck.

But I was surprised to see that the card did really well in some of the battles. But one big problem that I had was that, I keep forgetting to use Furious Chicken in the ranked matches. I don't know if even others are also having the same problem that I'm having but every single game when I have some free slots to use, I keep forgetting the card and only when the game starts I realize that I could have used the Chicken card. This card, though it has no attack as well as tanking capability, it is capable of holding an attack from the opponent. Sometimes we might even get a winning chance because of that.

I completed my first quest after the new season. It was pretty late that I already missed completing two quests. Yesterday I got Death Splinter in the daily quest and I didn't want to play Death Splinter so I refreshed the quest and lost one day because of that refresh. Today again I received the same Death Splinter after completing the quest. I've already refreshed it and now I have Life Splinter. I think it should be manageable.
