I have already posted Achievements 1 , 2 and 3 in Steem Greet Community. Now I am posting the 4th Achievement using Markdowns.

In this article, I have decided to tell you about one of the largest museums of India- National Museum. I have visited there about 2 years before and I am telling you about the beauty of it.

National Museum

The National Museum is one of the largest museums in India which was established in 1949. I has many articles of the ancient and prehistoric time. This museum holds 206,000 objects. I am uploading a picture that I clicked when I visited to the museum.

Where is National Museum Located?

The National Museum is established on Janpath in New Delhi, India. I have visited many other museums in Delhi like Science museum and rail museum. Its idea was proposed my the Gwyer committee.

Collections of this museum

This museum has collection of almost all types of arts like Archeology, Jewellery, Textiles , paintings etc. I am uploading some pictures of the inside of national museum.

The beauty of the art of this museum is great. It has a fountain outside of this museum which is very beautiful. I am uploading a pic that I have clicked with that fountain.

This museum has many collections. The most popular objects it has is The dancing girl which belonged to the harappan period. It has the images of mother goddess and it also has toy cart and a skeleton which is real.

It has the decorative art gallery, which has the gyan Chaupar, wooden horse. It also has a coin gallery. It has over 1,30,000 coins which include various coins of Gupta era like coins of Chandraguptaand his wife, Chandragupta 1 and of Samudragupta.

This museum has many other galleries like textile gallery, central asian gallery, paintings gallery. Beside the galleries, the museum also has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 250 people.
