I think the greatest risk in cybersecurity are the uneducated employees, who will click on phishing links or turn of security features for more convenience. But you cannot blame them if you havent made them aware of the risks that theses actions take with them.

Untrained employees are a huge risk! Totally agree. They have a place in the Threat Agent Taxonomy. It is up to the senior leadership to establish proper training and oversight to mitigate these risks.
