I love how easy it is to put a website together. I never would have thought. Now I have to go to the bank and see what they require me to do before opening an account. I'm fairly certain by what I read that you need to establish the company first, then make the account with the proper name and paperwork. Fun! Fun!

Not yet asking for donations on the site because I have not paid for the full services of the website where then I can link it to the new bank. So...

Order of Agenda

  • Establish the LLC (Limited Liability Company).
  • Open a bank account. (Suncoast Credit Union is FREE, Wells Fargo Charges)
  • Pay for the website to allow cashflow to the bank.
  • Advertise like hell for both tutors and clients.
  • Do all of the accounting and taxes myself.

1-Year Goal

Have Fort Myers as my home-ground for the business finished with possible workers for the following jobs: tutoring, accounting, and advertising. Then be able to expand to other cities and states with possibly another traveler.

Advice?

If you have owned a business or know anything about opening one... Please Help Me! Haha. As you can see, I am doing my best here, but it would be nice to have some other opinions.
