Emotions are a part of life, but they are not always fun. They can make us feel sad, angry, or lost without warning. Even happy moments don’t last, which feels disappointing. Sometimes we hide our emotions, but they still affect us. It’s hard to control them, and that can be tiring. That’s why emotions often feel more painful than pleasant.
