점심 먹고 나니 졸음이 쏟아 진다.
앉아서는 꾸벅 거려도 누우면 말똥 하기 때문에
좀 해서는 낮에 눕지 않는데
비도 오고 흐린날 이라 누어 봤더니
잠시 눈을 붙일수 있었다.

그만만 해도 정신이 맑아 졌다.
비 때문에 운동을 하러 나가지 않았더니
무엇인가 허전한 느낌이다.
